Day One -
Arrive in Hong Kong
After being welcomed to this thriving, cosmopolitan city by your
local guide, enjoy some leisure time to rest, refresh and restore
your spirit. Afternoon lunch will be provided at the hotel.
Day Two - Venture to the Kowloon
Peninsula
Be sure to bargain at The Jade Market,
where vendors sell amulets, ornaments, necklaces and trinkets made
of this revered green stone prized for its powerful spiritual
qualities.
The magnificent Wong Tai Sin Temple, dedicated to a shepherd who
earned immortality through good deeds, is visited by many people
wishing to have their fortunes told.
Development has reduced the number of fishing villages in Hong Kong,
yet Sok Kwu Wan on Lamma Island retains the original feel of a
traditional Chinese fishing community.
Spend the late afternoon relaxing, shopping and exploring. Cruise
through the bay on a shuttle boat for a special seafood dinner on
the waterfront.
Day Three -
City Excursion
Victoria Peak, referred to as the Mountain of Great Peace, is the
island’s highest point at 1,800 feet, and offers a panoramic view of
Hong Kong and the surrounding area.

Continue your
journey at Aberdeen, a quaint fishing village, and Repulse Bay, so named
because pirates were driven out by the British army in the 19th century.
The crescent-shaped stretch of sand is one of the most photographed
beaches in Hong Kong and features a traditional Chinese lifeguard
clubhouse.
At Aberdeen, see first-hand the lifestyle of Hong Kong’s fishing
community, and experience an optional sampan ride. An authentic dim sum
lunch will be served at Jumbo, the largest floating restaurant in China.
Explore the world-class Hong Kong Museum of History with its permanent
“Hong Kong Story” exhibit, a remarkable overview of the region’s
history and culture. Only a short stroll from the hotel, you can return
at your leisure.
Enjoy a farewell dinner this evening at the Revolving Restaurant.
Day Four - Depart for Beijing
Transfer to the airport for your flight to Beijing early this morning.
